What is Growth?

Turn collecting guest reviews into a team effort: QR-code tags, points for your staff, and a leaderboard that keeps everyone motivated.

Written by Vera Egli

Growth helps your team collect more guest reviews. Each employee — called a promoter — gets a personal tag with a QR code. When a guest scans it and leaves a review, the promoter earns points, and locations and promoters are ranked on a leaderboard.

ℹ NOTE

Growth is always available in your main navigation, below Insights. To start using it, you first order your tags — see Getting started with Growth

How Growth works

  1. Order — order tags and signs with QR codes right from the Growth page. See Order tags and codes.

  2. Assign — give each code to an employee. You do this yourself, no need to contact us. See Assign codes and manage promoters.

  3. Collect — promoters show their tag to guests, who scan the QR code to leave a review.

  4. Rank — every review earns the promoter 8 points. Locations and promoters are ranked on a leaderboard that resets every month.

Tags and codes: what's the difference?

A tag is the physical card your team member carries. Each tag has its own code, the QR code printed on it. In ThreadWork you manage the codes: you give each code a location and a promoter, and you can switch a code off at any time, for example if a tag gets lost.

What guests see

  1. The guest scans the QR code with their phone camera. No app is needed.

  2. They land directly on the review page of your location.

  3. They write their review and post it. The review is credited to the promoter whose tag they scanned.

What you see in Growth

  • Overview — headline numbers such as active promoters, points, average points per promoter, and participation rate.

  • Leaderboard — rankings by location and by promoter.

  • Codes — all your codes and their status.

  • Code deliveries — orders that are on their way.

  • Activity feed — a log of what happened to your codes, for example ordered, delivered, assigned, activated, or deactivated.

Public leaderboard

If you would like to publish your leaderboard you can do so by clicking on Public leaderboard. There you can see the public leaderboard and publish your own leaderboard for others to see.
