A code only starts collecting points once it belongs to a promoter — an employee who collects guest reviews. You assign codes and manage promoters yourself in ThreadWork, no need to contact us.
Assign a code
Go to Growth.
Choose Assign codes.
Select the code you want to assign.
Click on location and set it to the one you desire.
After selecting a location the code will become active.
Select and assign the promoter who will carry the code.
Deactivate a code
Deactivate a code if a tag is lost or no longer needed. Guests who scan a deactivated code see a message that the code is no longer active. See Troubleshooting codes.
On the Growth Dashboard go to See all codes
Click on the code you want to deactivate
Click on the toggle next to code active. From now on the selected code will be deactivated until you press the same toggle to activate it again.
Replace or Reassign a code
Reassign a code
If an employee leaves or a tag changes hands, open the code and reassign it to another promoter.
On the Growth Dashboard go to See all codes
Click on the code you want to reassign
Scroll down and click on unassign from employee
Assign the new promoter.
Replace a code
You can also replace a code by choosing a specific promoter (2) in the Growth feature (1). Click the three dots next to de tag code (3) and choose between replacing a code, preparing for next employee or unassign from employee (4).
Find your promoters
