Points and the leaderboard are what make Growth fun for your team. Every review a guest leaves through a tag counts, and everyone can see how they and their location rank. This article explains how it works.
How points are earned
A promoter earns 8 points for every review a guest leaves through their code.
The leaderboard
The leaderboard ranks your locations and your promoters. Switch between the two with the tabs at the top (1). Under the promoters tab the top three are shown on a podium, and arrows show who moved up or down since the last update (2).
Monthly reset
The leaderboard resets every month. Click on a location to see the countdown on the page that shows how long is left, for example "Leaderboard resets in 24d" (1). Here you can also see the leaderboard (2) and manage promoters (3).
Overview numbers
On the dashboard of Growth you see headline numbers for the current month, for example active promoters, points, average points per promoter, and participation rate.
