Order tags

What you can order, what it costs, how branding and delivery work, and how to follow your order.

Written by Vera Egli

This article explains the details behind ordering tags: what you can order, what it costs, and what happens after you order. For the full step-by-step flow, see Getting started with Growth.

Tag orders

To order your first tags see Getting started with Growth. If you want to order more tags later go to your Growth dashboard (1) and click on see all codes (2). On top of the page you can order more tags (3).

What you can order

  • Personal Tag Kit — 5 tags per kit, CHF 49.90 per kit. Each tag is carried by one team member, who hands it to guests. Eligible scans earn that person points. Available in two colours.

  • Table Sign and Wall Sign — coming soon.

Branding

Your logo is applied to your tags. You can upload a different one (JPEG, PNG, PDF or SVG, up to 15 MB; vector files print best). To remove ThreadWork branding and make your tags white-label, switch on Remove ThreadWork branding for CHF 9.90.

Delivery

Delivery is included in the price. Choose one of your locations, or tick Deliver to a different address. The Planned location tells us which location the tags are meant for. You assign the tags to people separately, after they arrive.

Payment

Your order is charged to the billing account you select. If you have a discount code, enter it on the review page. The first time you pay with a billing account, you need to enable purchases before you can confirm the order.

Track your order

  • Code deliveries on the Growth page shows orders that are on their way, with their status, for example Order placed.

  • See order history lists all your orders.

  • The Activity feed records every order.

When your tags arrive

As soon as your tags arrive you can assign them. Click on Assign codes and confirm the delivery.
