When several people share one Inbox — owners, regional managers, location managers — the question "who approved that?" needs an answer. The Activity Feed is that answer: a chronological record of every action taken in your workspace, by your team and by ThreadWork itself.
What gets recorded
Replies to reviews — when a reply is published, including which review and which location.
Edits — when someone changes a drafted reply.
Threads closed or reopened — when a Thread is marked done, or picked back up.
Emails sent — including de-escalation emails once the De-Escalation Protocol is live.
Who did it
Every entry names its actor: a teammate (by name) or ThreadWork itself, for actions your automation rules carried out — for example a 5★ reply that was published automatically. That distinction matters: you can see at a glance how much work automation is doing for you, and exactly where a human stepped in.
The details on each entry
Entries carry the context you need to understand them without leaving the feed: the location, the review source (for example Google), the reviewer's rating, and when it happened. Click an entry to jump to the Thread it belongs to.
