Publish your first thread

Your first review reply, from draft to published — a quick walkthrough for right after you set up your workspace.

Written by Vera Egli

As soon as your workspace is connected, your reviews start arriving as Threads in your Inbox — one Thread per review, each with a reply already drafted for you in your brand's tone of voice. This article walks you through publishing your very first one.

Step 1 — Open your first Thread

Go to Threads (1) in your Inbox or click on Open thread (2) if it's your first one. Your most recent review is at the top — open it.

Inside, you'll see the guest's review alongside the reply ThreadWork already drafted for it, based on the tone of voice you set while creating your workspace.

Step 2 — Check the draft

Read the draft and decide if it's ready to go as is.

  • Want to change something? Click the pen icon (1), edit the text, and save your changes. Your edit is saved to the Thread's history, so it's always clear what changed.

  • Happy with it? Click on approve and send (2). Your reply appears under the guest's review immediately, just as if you'd posted it there yourself.

ℹ NOTE

Depending on the reply rules you picked when creating your workspace, some reviews may already publish automatically — for example, 5★ reviews under Safe automation. If that happens to your first review before you get to it, there's nothing left to do - it's already published.

That's it

You've published your first reply. From here, new reviews keep landing in your Inbox the same way — drafted for you, yours to check, and ready to publish in one click.
